    We use DHL as the main courier but it depends on the shipping location, for example for the islands we use GLS .

  • Tracking No

    The Tracking number is available once we have received the Sneakers from the Warehouse and they have been checked and packaged by our department, ready for final shipment.

  • Prime Assistance

    Reactive assistance that follows your order until it is delivered to your home. You can organize personalized deliveries or open returns requests with complete convenience. Find out more.

  • Delivery time

    It takes about 15-20 days for home delivery.

  • Track order

    To monitor the delivery of your order, go to myOrder, there will be an estimated delivery date.

  • Possible delays

    Small delays due to time zones or customs clearance are possible . Any delay is promptly notified by the Prime Assistant or via Email.

What about a return?

Don't worry, there is our purchase guarantee on all orders. Our guarantee covers any problems or defects of the Sneakers, any damage during transport, any customs taxes.. ask for more information in assistance or read the terms and conditions.

To open a return, simply contact Prime support on Whatsapp and request a check on your order.
